Defender Magazine is an independent online publication dedicated to showcasing the service, achievements, and global operations of U.S. Air Force Security Forces, known as “Defenders.”
The term “Defender” originates from the motto Defensor Fortis—Latin for “Defenders of the Force“—proudly displayed on the iconic blue beret worn by Security Forces personnel.
The Defender Magazine motto is “Honoring the Past, Protecting the Present, and Securing the Future.”
