HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah — Senior Airman Justin Dunlevy, and Airman 1st Class Noah Karns, both 75th Security Forces Squadron, were honored by family, friends and fellow 75th SFS defenders during a Purple Heart presentation ceremony June 24, 2024, at Memorial Park, Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
